Shipping Policy

CFO For Women provides services and digital products. The business does not ship physical goods at this time.
Service Delivery
Consulting services and retainers are delivered by phone, video call, email, and other agreed upon methods.
Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email or direct download after payment is received.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through the website owned and operated by Bausy Books Consulting dba CFO For Women.
CFO For Women provides professional services, digital products, and training materials. Due to the nature of these offers, all sales are final unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Services
Payments for consulting services, retainers, strategy sessions, VIP days, and other professional services are non-refundable. If a service includes a specific refund or cancellation window, it will be stated on the service page or in the client agreement. Please check your service contract for additional refund information.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Workshops, Events, and Trainings
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by CFO For Women. If an event is rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.
Billing Errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred, email support@cfoforwomen.com within seven calendar days of the charge. We will investigate and correct confirmed errors.
