Cancellation Policy

At CFO For Women, we value your time and our consultants' time. To ensure that we provide the best service and accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Booking & Confirmation All consultations must be scheduled through our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, along with details of the scheduled consultation. 2. Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change. To avoid being charged a fee, please cancel or reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $350 no-call no-show fee. 3. No-Call No-Show Fee If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, you will incur a $350 fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card used to book the consultation. 4. Repeated No-Call No-Shows If you miss two consultations without proper cancellation (no-call no-show), you will be permanently removed from our booking system. Once removed, you will no longer be able to schedule consultations with us. 5. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances can arise. If you experience a situation that prevents you from canceling or attending your consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. 6.
